The practice or purchase of fake cartridges, which are not sold directly by the MedSystems Group, constitutes a crime against public health, according to article 273 of the penal code, which describes the act of falsifying, corrupting or adulterating products intended for therapeutic or medicinal purposes as unlawful conduct.

There are no studies or scientific proof of the use of modified or fake consumables regarding their damage and side effects on the skin, which can cause serious burns to the patient’s tissue and other serious unwanted adverse effects. In addition to falsification and adulteration of products for therapeutic or medicinal purposes being a crime against public health, their production is not regulated by Anvisa (without quality control and proof of use and effects).

No. MedSystems Group is the only official representative of the Ultraformer brand in Brazil, whose manufacturer is Classys. Any other sale made outside the Medsystems Group is considered illegal and non-legitimate, without proof of its originality and integrity.
The certificate of authenticity for consumables purchased from MedSystems is valid for 6 months, but this does not mean that the consumables are valid for use. The certificate is renewed automatically with each new purchase made within our purchasing system.
